osIPTV support

Ready when your playlist is.

Get help adding playlists, finding channels, and troubleshooting playback from the sources you provide.

Start in three steps.

01

Copy your playlist URL

Use a valid M3U or M3U8 URL supplied by a source you are authorized to access.

02

Add it to osIPTV

Paste the URL, name the playlist, and let the app organize its channels and categories.

03

Choose a channel

Browse, search, save favorites, and play with Apple’s native video controls.

Common questions.

My playlist will not load.

Confirm the URL begins with http or https and opens from the same device. Some playlist hosts require an active subscription or network access that osIPTV cannot provide.

The playlist loads but has no channels.

The source may be empty, unavailable, or formatted incorrectly. Refresh the playlist and confirm it contains valid M3U entries.

A channel will not play.

Individual streams can expire or use formats unavailable to Apple’s playback stack. Try another channel and contact the playlist provider if only specific streams fail.

Where are my playlists and favorites stored?

They remain locally on your device. Threadmark does not receive them. See the osIPTV privacy page for details.

Does osIPTV provide channels?

No. osIPTV is only a media player. You must provide your own playlists and ensure you have permission to access their content.
